I am ringing in late on this one but I like Anismov he is a good player. I think Perron is underrated though. I think trading him would be a huge mistake. The team has to think long run. Are they going to save the season with this trade? At this point I would address the coaching situation. Give these guys a year to get use to a new coach and fill the holes in the off season. Giving up a better winger JUST to get a center in the HOPES of finishing bottom 5 rather than last, seems like a step backwards. Some nights Perron is the best player on the ice and he almost always seems to be carrying his line.

The link i posted kind of makes a good point, he has the toughest Quality of competition on the team when he plays, is there not a middle ground between press box and toughest competition in the league? Do we really need to bench him every time he (frank)s up playing the best platyers in the League? Could we not just shelter him a little bit more and keep him playing instead of watching?
