great top pairing, but it's CGY's 9.69 5v5 SH% that is unsustainable. If you think Calgary has the best shooters in the league, maybe they'll maintain the league best. Oh boy do I doubt it.

Well wanna be hockey writers have to start blogging about something somewhere for hits......or there is always the Clouts route..........ok the corsi method is far less annoying than the alternative.

Maybe they keep winning, maybe they don't? Who knows. But saying its obviously unsustainable isn't exactly true either, and don't give me any of that regressing back to the mean BS.

Bottom line, winning is fun and most Flames fans are just having a good time along the way. Most of us our realistic with our expectations...but the season keeps progressing, and the Flames keep winning. Maybe at some point we all have to admit that they aren't all that bad after all!

Getting snow more often would help Vancouver. The city is poorly prepared even when they know snow is coming and the drivers would get used to driving in it and suck less when there is precipitation.

It is reasons like this that I pine for St. John's weather. More precipitation (212 mean days) but about par with Vancouver with rain days (163).

Yearly avg temp:
Vancouver: 14 high/ 7 low
St John's: 9 high/ 1 low

They also get a fairly comparable number of sunny days:

St John's: 272
Vancouver: 289

I just didn't want to hear it every second day by main stream media. Eventually you want guys like Lambert and Mirtle to give it a rest already and find a new subject to write about.
