Interesting to say the least. I could see Eakins being forced to play the guys, especially given the praise Jultz gets from MacT.

However, I hope Eakins hit the limit and is saying "NO!" and shows that Jultz and Nikitin are not worthy of ice time.

man i hope so. I've been scratching my head constantly with the moves he's made and the ice time and player usage for these players.

This makes me not hate Eakins as much, but makes me even more pissed with this organization

Could be the case....we we heard stories as far back as Don Cherry about managers meddling with coaches.....and it rarely ends well.....but at the same time if a Manager has no confidence in his coach it must be hard to resist.
Is this a case of a Manager trying to influence the coach with an agenda that collides with winning hockey games ( player development, talent showcase, marketing ,etc) or a matter of no confidence in the coach? Or worse yet a case of a manager that just can't help himself but to micro manage?

None are a good thing but if it's about a lack of confidence there is an easy fix to that.

Susan has her own bucket. She doesn't like the gravy so I just pour it all over her and lick it off. It's best when it hides in her rolls for a few days. Yummy

Nah, he was a good choice. When you start a rebuild with zero assets you have to collect the BPA. Once you have enough quality assets you have to turn them into the pieces you need. That's where we are now.
