Did you enjoy your 4 - 0 PP advantage tonight? The refs must be getting tired of the Ducks' whining. There were a few obvious penalties on the Flames tonight. But the Ducks got nothing, and liked it.

Actually, Gibson is the future (hurt right now). The game last night perfect example of what was so frustrating about Hiller. He'll let in the soft goals (frequently), which can be huge momentum killers. Ducks scoring with about 15 seconds left in the period is brutal as far as momentum is concerned going into the 3rd.

There are still quite a few Flames fans (myself included) who feel Ramo will still emerge as the starter. Sure, they might still split some starts, and Hiller did go on a pretty good little streak for us, but in the end I still think Ramo is the better goalie.

Last year he reminded me of Kiprussoff, the more games he played, the better he got. He hasn't started back to back games yet, which I think is something he thrives on.

Its very telling that Calgary has so many come from behind wins, just like Anaheim had with Hiller as the starter. I just dont think Hiller gets himself ready for the start of games or periods. In 2012-2013 I counted 67 times that Hiller allowed a goal on the first shot of a period. He was overrated in Anaheim. He was spectacular for half of one season but after that he was arguably the worst starting goalie in the division (before Edmonton joined the Pacific.)

Can't stand this player. Like I said in the post above, this is how he plays when his little team is losing. Actually for that matter the whole ANA team plays like lunatics when losing. They turn into a bunch of crybabies
