Polak leads team in 5v5 minutes. Thats going to be hard to replace. Only way really is to have Dion play more minutes. Anything over 24+ minutes for him is a death sentence. Also Polak huge on our PK as well. Holes can be filled up front. Harder to fill them on the backend IMO

Take Phaneuf off the PP for a few games. Keeps his minutes down a bit more. I have no clue if he was on the PP in Dallas but id try Robidas out on it.

This is game time for Robidas. He hasnt been the player that leafs management expected. Nows the time to step his game up and show that hes up to speed.

I agree about Polak. It's a good new/bad news scenario with him out and Lupul back. I guess it's just good the Leafs haven't been too bad with injuries so far.

Im loving the Cody Franson talk now too. Example of another Leafs management screw up. Could of locked him up before last year. 6'5''D man with a wicked snap shot and who can run a powerplay. Talk about a pay day. He'll walk and make at least 6 per.
