Complete plumbing and electrical have been replaced throughout the whole house. Complete basement was ripped apart right to the brick.

Upstairs, new kitchen and bathroom, all ceramics were removed, complete upstairs is all new hardwood flooring in every room but the bathroom.

Backyard, removed two trees, new shed and moved hot tub, have new area ready for new interlocking stones in the spring/summer.

Lou, you don't understand how similar that is to what I've been facing the last 3 years I just haven't gotten to the main floor yet. The bathroom is the finishing touch to the upstairs....I live in an 1870s house in downtown brampton. I removed all the knob and tube throughout. Fun times.

I might not enjoy it for long if I did one, as soon as my wife job opens up a position in BC, we are moving. The house needed upgrades as we had an inspection done in case we needed to sell if my wife got a promotion., she didn't get it. Since I know a master electrician and a plumber, I was able to get everything done at a great discount. The rest I'm doing myself with help from some friends when they have time, saving a bundle.

The stick thing was stupid. Considering Sundin was twice the player Alfie was, I think it was totally disrespectful...

I can work anywhere with internet, not a problem, I made my wife a promise a long time ago and I'm sticking to it. She was born there, grew up there and wanted to go back eventually, I knew that.
