Calder trophy winner. Stole the net from a vet Manny Fernandez.
His rookie year he was 29-18-9 with a .926 and 2.05 GAA
He showed more than what we had - ILoveLamp
Followed that up in Boston (the year before the Leafs bought high) with ...
8-19-2 record ....3.71 GAA and a .872 save%
Clearly year #2 was more reflective of his true abilities. |

The one thing I'd like to see for all stats is take the number and divide it by TOI.
Would give a much better indicator of what a guy is doing, IMHO. - Atomic Wedgie
thats what is used all the time
5v5 points per 60 gives you a good idea of who is actually producing |

Why would Edmonton do anything now?
Sit tight, continue to crap, and make your moves after the 2015 draft. - Atomic Wedgie
Absolutely. I just mean actually moving one of those guys at some point instead of hoping they all have hall of fame careers with Edmonton until they are 42. |

He won the Calder with Boston, then he poop the bed with a .879 the following year. |

I'd like to see Lupul and Kadri paired tonight. Hopefully Lupul has some jump. Winnik or Panik on the other wing. |

Trying someone else on your second PP after the first guy goes 21 games without a point isn't exactly mind boggling. If he doesn't get a sniff on the PP again over the next few weeks we'll have something worth talking about. |

I know you didn't ask me but I think much of what is being stated as fact is misleading. Fact - Kadri is currently 5th in ES offense with the Leafs. Fact - Kadri is one ES point behind JVR and Bozak. Fact - Kadri sees very limited ES time with Kessel who clearly has a significant influence on ES points of linemates. Fact - Kadri was 4th in ES points last year. Fact - Kadri was 2nd in PP points for the Leafs last year.
Fenwick (Shots+MissedShots) For and Against per 60 (when the score is close)
For Against
Bozak 41 48
Kadri 52 45
Holland 31 38
If you're in that camp that believes he should get a night off of the PP so be it - I disagree - but I'm okay with that decision if it's intended as a bit of wake up to get him to play better on the PP. However, I hate the bs being thrown around about his poor offensive production at even strength. It's just not true. - The Law
Can you show the quality of opposition stats for Bozak and Kadri please.....

David Alter's "Key's to the Game" for tonight against the Pens:
High Temp
Win Face-offs
Win Special teams and 5-on-5
think it would work? - Badge
Isn't that the same for all their games?

Having a second powerplay unit of Clarkson, Kadri, Winnik, Gardiner, and Rielly.
Hard to blame the failure of that unit on Kadri alone |

I agree. Clarkson and Winnik should be replaced too. Do some juggling/testing until you get something that clicks. |

What did you mean by the Grabo treatment, then? Carlyle has made Kadri the 'checking line' centre 5v5 like Grabo? |

Agreed. Although it's Kadri Clarkson and Lupul/Holland. Winnik only has 15 seconds of total PP time all year. |

I haven't hated Clarkson this year on the PP.
Stands in front of the net, causes mayhem, takes heavy punishment.
It's what JVR should be doing, instead of standing behind the net and making 0.0% passes between his legs. |

Are we allowed to name stat sites here? I'm no pro and like some nice easy reading. I'll do this sesame street style just in case it's against the code.
Puck ..... alytics
Puck .... altyics
Puck ... alytics
Puck ... alytics
I'll stop there so as not to be too obvious.
Edit: Space bar doesn't seem to work here - totally ruined my sesame street effect. |

Police confirmed that they turned Mr. Big Ears around prior to Ghomeshi's arrest, because Mr. Big Ears shouldn't see stuff like that. |
