Based on the needs of both teams, I believe the Penguins would be an attractive trade partner. Going to the Pens would be Perron, Yakupov, and Arcobello .Going back to the Oilers would be Sutter, Spaling, Dumoulin, and Bortu.
The Oilers would get two Centers and two Defensemen. Sutter(2yrs) could move into the second line, bumping Purcell to the third line, and Spaling (1yr)would basically be traded for Arcobello(RFA?)With Dumoulin(RFA?)and Bortuzzo(RFA?)the Oilers get two NHL players they could plug into the line-up, upgrading the defense. The Penguins would get a top 6 winger and a winger who needs a change of scenery. This would also free up cap space for the Penguins.

When exactly do these players help the Oilers? We need veteran players that can add to the leadership core. Do any of these fit the bill? I don't know enough about the Defensemen but we have lots of 2ns and 3rd pairing D and D prospects.
