You guys keep saying rotate Bailey and Grabs or get rid of Bailey, but at this point in time, he is playing some of the best hockey of his career. He is not yet a problem. Right not it's Martin sits and Conacher waived.

Exactly.... Lee is the most logical one to send back down.

Agreed. I have no idea why bailey is still on some peoples hit list? Hes playing some good hockey. Unless hes part of a package for something good I see zero reason to trade him. I vote martin whether hes playing good for two games or not but it'll be Lee. Im not going to blow a gasket over it the fourth line is playing well amd they play an important role. Lee will get his shot soon enough. Itll work itself out and of not there will be a trade in the not to distant future.

Theyve proved my bad feelings wrong a few times this season. Hopefully thats the case tonight. We all know theyre beyond capable. Division game. Possible first place exclusively. They should have no problems getting up for this one.

I don't like the Idea of sending Lee down. I would rather waive Conacher and Give each of about 7 players a night off every 7th game. That way the bottom 6 is fresh. I don't remember any coach doing something like this. Just spit balling an idea that keeps everyone playing..

Bailey IS playing good hockey right now. Let keep going, riding it out. Maybe maturity has kicked in, watching while injured, not sure. All honesty, I wanted Bailey gone a couple years ago. Now, don't want him moved unless we get a key piece back. But, you have to give value to get value.

I was there Saturday and had the same feeling. I had such an impending feeling of doom that after getting shut down in Pittsburgh that Crosby was due for a big game.

Win or lose tonight, it's the end of November and we've only lost 2 out of 10. I can't complain.

For all the talk about JT not scoring much lately, Sid is in a bit of a funk himself, too. Anyone gonna bet $$$ Sid won't be top 3 in scoring come March, barring injury?
I wouldn't lay that money.

Bailey's problems are all mental. Whether it's ego of NOT being 1st liner or wetting his bed at summer camp '93 he has shown this year he can play well game in, game out. I wouldn't say we're outta the woods with him yet but it would have to be a BIG return right now to see Josh(Garth's 1st pick as GM) get moved.

I agree. He's not the second coming, but hell of a lot better than previous years. Personally, I'd rather see him than Grabner moved if 1 had to go, but only if the right deal was there.

He would have been 3 y/o at camp 1993... wetting his bed wouldn't have been all that uncommon.

Flyers OWNED us for a long time, until last season. This is a big test, as a team, to show they HAVE grown and will play the game they have to play to beat this team. One of my many fault's of Cappy is he preaches that his systems MUST be played in order for the team to win but the truth is you need a different game plan for different teams—and those plans must sometimes change, in-game.

There's grinding teams and teams that play more risk/reward and you have to alter your style a bit to counter the other team's strengths. It's on the players too—can't blame the coaches entirely—they should all have enough hockey IQ to know you approach playing the Kings differently than the Devils. There's a time for JT's line to dump & chase vs. trying to undress the defense everytime they enter the zone. It's called strategy. It's being smart.

Conacher has to be odd man out. The most obvious reason being production.

With Bailey in the lineup they have been winning. I think they'll wait on Grabner until an injury occurs. What's the rush? They're in first place. I think Grabner will be a healthy scratch unless they decide to showcase him.

....or in the event the winning streak ends and they are looking to add some speed to one of the lines.
