have we talked about deHaan having his worst game of the year? He played better in the 3rd but frist 2 periods he was giving the puck up like Bruno G.

Yup and in the 3rd he stopped Sid twice by himself when Sid was barreling down

He had a rough night. One of his worst games which is a testament to how good he is. Everyone has them now and then. Hopefully he bounces back tonight

yes he did... I was pretty angry at him up until that point. I was pretty annoyed and Okposo too. He seemed to go back to some bad habits until the 3rd too. that one goal was just an absolute break down on Okposo leaving Malin alone. He had a bunch of dumb drop passes.. failed to get puck out of d-zone a few times. I was losing my mind.

Watching Twitter when we play the Pens is just a riot. They are worse than any other fan base.

Just to change the subject.. who sits?
- niteislander

My choice - Matt Martin 20 2 1 3 -4
Although he's been better lately, sit him while you showcase Grabner and Bailey. One of them has to go. cough Bailey cough

best part about my seats is they are right near where the Zamboni... and therefore also the FANboni come out.... used to be whenever you had kids there in Isles Gear you were guaranteed they get a ride on the Fanboni. Little more crowded these days thankfully.

It's hard to even think that way with AMAC playing tonight it should be a breeze but I have a bad feeling. Trying to get it out of my head. I'm trying!

That was my call as well until the last couple of games. That and don't tell Eichiefs but if you don't have at least one guy who can go toe to toe with the big dogs it changes the whole complextion of the team. At least for Tonight I want Matt Martin.. and maybe even Boulton in the line up.

Boulton isn't ready. Rinaldo is the POS they have to be aware of tonight. Guy is garbage.

They have taken 3 team's headaches and put them on their backline. MDZ, Schenn, and Amack are in their top 4. I fully expect Streit to score but the rest will allow at least 7 for the isles. Yes, I said 7!

Can't sit him. He's on fire. Oh, wait, one goal every 10 games? Yeah, he can sit a few games.

I had Seasons from 1998 Till Sandy (still dealing with that financial friggin mess)... last 2 years I did the 22 games plan with 2 other guys. I take 8 games they each take 7. Each got a Rags game.

I was there Saturday and had the same feeling. I had such an impending feeling of doom that after getting shut down in Pittsburgh that Crosby was due for a big game.

Win or lose tonight, it's the end of November and we've only lost 2 out of 10. I can't complain.

Always love the Thanksgiving week games since I was a kid.

dal Colle is 7th in OHL scoring having played 18 games and leading his team to first place. Pulock is leading BRI in goals with 8 and Griff is back in the lineup. Russo is also leading his Notre Dame squad. Who cares about trades when we want to see these guys make the lineup some day.

Sure Grabner will see the lineup when it's time to rest one of the forwards. Likewise Donovan may see some time as well.

Would like to see Grabner with Grabo because of speed factor and Nelson could play fourth line because of his physical size and puck possession skills.

First line talent, on the 4th line??

Cappy? that you??

I do too, but Grabner isn't ready yet. When he is, they can sit Matt until his "presence" is needed.

Wonder if the isles will waive conacher, then kind of rotate Bailey/grabner in the line up, until one of them is moved.

Im not saying.. But the last time the Rags went to the cup and lost... the next season was the start of a dynasty (5 trips to the finals) (4 cups) I'm just saying.
