The video of them getting booed walking to the dressing room after the game is unreal.

And the GM still sits on his hands. Or wait, fire the goalie coach

that entire ice-level lounge where players walk right between the fans is one of the stupidest things i have ever seen. cool from a fan perspective i guess but to subject your players to that during game time? i don't get it.

So if the Habs trade DD, would they bring up a midget from the farm to replace him? Thomas, Andrighetto, Dumont, Hudon?

Was always average, but had 30 goals playing next to Joe (frank)ing Thornton!

I think everyone in the last 10 years that played next to Thornton has had a minimum of 30 goals...

At this point I feel bad for the players. Not their fault if the org (notice I didn't just say "GM" here?) assembled a poopty team... pretty sure the guys on the ice give a good effort

First of all it's roped off before they cross it.

Secondly, the idea is that the fans actually like them..

And Cheechoo was already Penner 2.0(Although he never played for San Jose)....

Actually I retract this comment because I thought Penner had his success earlier than Cheechoo, but I had it backwards...

well everything that gets reported says he's not interested in trading any of his core players. so all he can do is trade guys like Petry and Perron. and really, what difference will that make?

Same thing that happens to everyone who plays on Thornton's wing that isn't named Marleau.

ah i didn't know they were using those new sound-blocking ropes. that changes everything. as for your second point, i think that's a bit naive. you're liquoring up Canadian hockey fans and giving them near direct access to players. nothing good will come of that.

Craig MacTavish once said, while an analyst for TSN, that Shawn Horcoff should have made Team Canada. Really.

But they don't. And they haven't for several years now. You'd think something would be done to fix this.

I actually grew up in Racine Wisconsin. Low-Middle class. Went to a school where population was 50% white, 40% black and 9% Hispanic.. (actual research was done). The start of the school year, for my senior year, we had 3900 people registered. On the first day of school, our senior class was 1800. The teachers were horrible. We had to have medal detectors, yet still had people bringing guns and knives through windows... (why? who the (frank) knows). This was a crap school. One of the worst in Wisconsin.

I don't get why people cry about poor education. Some people in my senior class went on to become doctors. While others went on to be killed on their 18th birthday. Some I use to know are in jail for murder. I myself am a successful 30yo businessman.

Everyone has a choice to live their life the way they want to. It's the America dream. People who cry about poor schools, income inequality, blah blah blah, poor me the world is (frank)ing against me.. They need to join the (frank)ing army or something and get a reality check/brain wash..
