This is like saying RNH is very good defensively because he has to play with Hall and Eberle who want poop (frank) all to do with their own end. All three are crap and put together you make a crapsandwich.

Agreed but I am talking about defensive game in all areas of the ice. That ENTIRE line, not just the wingers very commonly are nowhere to be found in the defensive zone for far too long when the opposition comes down on a rush. He isn't terrible defensively but the notion that he is some defensive specialist is equally laughable.

For all the flak Kadri takes, I can actually remember multiple times this season where he has busted his ass to get back and break up a rush with a defensive play.

Not only this, but he's much better at being able to carry the puck out and/or make a clean breakout pass to his wingers. I don't have the numbers, but my eyes tell me he's likely one of the leafs' best players at driving possession in a positive manner.

Kadri just needs to improve his faceoffs, which I believe he is much better this year (again based on my eyes, not stats) and for the love of god stop the toe drag wrister from the top of the left circle, gets blocked every time.

Faceoffs are overrated.

Lots of sanding on the final coat of plaster but one room is done and ready for primer, I also bought rounded corners for the edges, looks so much better than the steel square ones, makes the walls look like pillars.

No primer only, because when you use it you can see any imperfections in the seams first that you may have not noticed before, then you can go back and do touch ups.
