JVR doesn't care enough on most nights to ever really be a guy that should be someone you depend on.

I find a lot of these former college players who are used to playing 30-40 games per year in college like to take off 20-30 NHL games off per year. Some are worse offenders than others.

It also drives me crazy how much he floats around the ice and never uses his size to his advantage.

I don't mind keeping him but if you can package him in a deal for an upgrade like Ryan O'reilly. I'd do it

I mean...like mentally??? you dont trade a young...gifted not to mention signed to an amazing contract player like JVR for a guy like ROR that quite frankly doesnt bring what Bozak does.......he doesnt win Faceoffs, doesnt play the entire lenght of the ice, and oh, will want over $6 million long term deal as his next deal......sorry......just doesnt make sense!!!

you claim JVR doesnt come out to play every night? can you possible list the players that do.....and our list should start with crosby, Toews etc.....get my point? Jvr is close to a point per game player right now.....and signed....and young....see where I'm going with this????
