Aside from perhaps Lack (and even then im not sure) I don't think any of those players would make us instantly better.

I don't think it makes sense for Vancouver to consider trading for him, they're looking to address a short term issue. Any team willing to pay the price tag set for myers should probably be looking at him as a long term solution for their back end.

All of that may well be true, but unless you get a quality D prospect back and a monster total return, the hole you're creating by trading him now would outweigh the reward.

It sure would help if the team wasn't so bad that he was stuck getting the puck out and then doing it again and again over and over every single game. Some level of possession by the forwards would sure be nice.
