They don't need Comeau for that...It's like Thanksgiving for Sid everytime he plays us. One of, if not THE team he has racked up his most points against. Comeau can skate big circles all over the place and it won't matter. Big question is if we can hold Sid to only one or two servings.

what do you guys think about Kane? when I see rumors of him possibly going to other teams It makes my stomach churn. I think the Isles should be all in on him now. Players like him at his age being available are rare. I offer Grabner, Bailey and a prospect or two. The guy is somewhat proven and with JT on his line, would be lethal.

While I like the idea of having him on the Isles, I’m not sold that he’s more than a 20g 50pt winger and I don’t like his attitude or the fact he’s injured often. Frankly, at the price the Jets will want for him, I’d pass.

Fully agree if he was an islander we’d appreciate him, but he’s not, so we get to rip him.

He’s owned us in the past, but our team is better than any team we’ve had against him before. I’m not sold on Johnson in net and he’s going to have to have a hell of a night but I do think we’re taking at least one of these two games.

I never liked whiners. Gretzky. Lemieux. Etc. I acknowledge their talent but I was NEVER a fan of any of them. I wouldn't want them on my team as crazy as that sounds to some. That's why I have a giant man crush on Tavares. Guy is a professional and handles him self as such.


If the NHL wants a face for it should be him/stamkos/towes. Guy leads with respect. Not whining and diving when someone sneezes on the bench. I wouldn't trade him straight up for Crosby. I know Crosby is the best player in the world. I could just care less. I know I'll get blasted for this post but it's the truth so I really don't give a shat.
