Depends on the team/city, but most are pretty fun. I've Been to NE patriots at new Gillette stadium, 49ers at old Candlestick, Dallas Cowboys at their new stadium and Raiders at the Coliseum.

All had their good and bad points, people tend to be cool even if your wearing opposing team jerseys, but thats an at-your-own-risk kind of thing.

They are certainly there in full force too. Saw the Stars and Bars flag and some white supremacist crap at the Dallas game. There were 10-15 trucks blocking off some section and a clear indication of those that would be allowed in and those that would not.
