I hate watching basketball. I get the game and the strategy of those things, but its just not fun to watch the glaring obvious multi-tier system they have for superstars, stars and everyone else. Even when someones said favorite team is winning you can't help but feel this is a WWF match and the ref is actually dictating the winner by a script.

I've lived in SF for just over 10 years and I have been to 2 games. Both in seasons where they were terrible and both times they got smoked. I went to a handful of Celtics games growing up, but I liked basketball when I was a kid..

In my recent NY trip I asked indications to two black guys who were waiting at a corner. They stared at me for 3 seconds before figuring I was for real. Were super nice, made jokes, shook hands. At the end the taller guy said "Hey man be careful not all the people in NY are nice"



and I'm not sure it was worth typing this, oh well
