You guys need to share a big wet sloppy kiss to dispense with the homo erotic tension present in this Craig Adams argument...

What's wrong with the eye test? You see what you want to see.
What's wrong with stats? They never tell the entire story.
What's wrong with most of you? You don't think like me.
What's wrong with me? I don't think like you.

And Megna should get a call up. There is no reason not to tinker with your roster. Winning now comes second to learning how to play the right way and what your best roster will consist of.

Despres sitting, Scuderi playing.
This better be to raise his trade value.

With that goal, I believe the 3rd line has just equaled last years production.

Wow, Isles capitalizing on every mistake.

Bad change = Goal

Martin bad turnover = Goal

Scuderi dumb pass = Goal

Not your Mothers Islanders

Everything has been in the Penguins' end. Malkin's line needs to step up.

A little blame on bortuzzo on the 3rd. Supposed to be a big presence in front of the net and instead leaves a man wide open to screen fleury. No idea what he was doing

Can we please take notice of the fact that Despres has been covering for Scuds poor play? Can not wait to be rid of Scuderi.

So Pierre McGuier met with the digital media department of my job today and he claimed that he got offered the Penguins GM job but turned it down. I'm calling shenanigans. Also, he would not stop bragging about drafting Jagr.

No reason to not play despres. I know he just got back from a scary injury but I don't think maatta is ready. I've never seen him tossed around like he has been since coming back. I guess he'll get better with playing time but sure hope he doesn't get hurt again playing like this

Looks like its going to be one of those games that coaches hate.

Should be fun.

According to Pierre's Wiki bio, he was hired by the Pens as a "special assignment scout" on 6/12/1990. Jagr was drafted on 6/16/1990 lol... I'm sure in those 4 days he was a vital part in that draft

Pens getting beaten to the puck at every turn, but MAF gave up a couple of stinkers. Got to start skating.

Think about all the wasted cap space in erhoff and scuderi...I'm sorry it looked like a good signing at the time but there is no way erhoff should have been brought in. Despres has looked twice as good, while playing with a blind third grader for a partner.

maguire is a complete tool, he's always full of himself and the only colour he adds is where each player played junior hockey. Him and Glenn Healy should both be canned. He's never getting another hockey management job.

Despres is a better player than Bortz. Shouldn't have scratched him.

Looks a lot like the NYR game. Players taking short cuts, guys getting mesmerized by the puck, Fleury being left out to dry.

Agreed, but I've been surprised by how many people on here have said the opposite or try to claim he has a higher ceiling. Idk where they got that idea from but anyways I wish they'd sit scuds if only for a game or two to see how much better that bottom pairing could be.
