My parents are in one of the areas hardest hit. Its pretty bad. Sad to say deaths have occurred from this storm.

Housing and stores are being crushed from the weight of the snow They have no where to put the snow at the moment that is plowed.

The concern is that the rain and warm temperature is going to create more weight on property and a disaster may happen with more buildings collapsing, flooding and a lot of property damage.

The rain may actually be worse then all of the snow.

That really sucks. Yeah I would assume rain will make the snow heavier, which would cause a lot of collapses. Hopefully most of the houses up there can take the load on the roof since Buffalo is in that snow belt area.

Thanks. They keep telling me that being couped up in the house together the last 4 days has led them to say they are never going to retire.
I keep telling them there is a spot open in my apt complex down here if they feel they have had enough.

Go figure all beer shelves have been cleared. all the stores that can open have no beer left. That itself is a crisis.

I went to school in buffalo. The wind is so strong...very underrated aspect of buffalo. The wind alone was the difference between 4 feet of snow in front of my door compared to 1 foot in front of the house across the street because it blows it all into a mountain.

Agreed but 0 goals through 19 games puts pressure on the top 3 lines. Not to mention our 4th line hasn't given us any kind of spark and can't shut down a top line. So what exactly are they doing? They had a decent game for once against Philly but I think our 4th line needs some adjustments.

4th line definitely needs to score. Them scoring won us a few key games in the playoffs. We dont make it to the SCF without them scoring.
