There is so much the plows were getting stuck. Not to mention the cars that were stranded that the plows couldn't get around.

The real issue, is that people are stupid and don't heed the warning to stay home and not try and go out in the storm. Plus then you have the people who didn't get snow to the north that decided they were going to try and drive into the areas that did get affected heavily for whatever reason. They got stuck because they're dumb. All of the resources are being directed toward removing all of the abandoned vehicles so that they can even get the streets cleaned up.
