is perron really playing that bad? I thought I might even get heat for that... what's his problem? - AlfieisKing
He's not playing great this year but a 2nd line winger for a 2nd pairing d + 3c + 3/4 winger? I'd take that. |

Can we stop we the "me" "you"....i've been watching cheering the oilers when pisani was our leading goalscorer.
I know the org well (klef, nurse, pretty much no goalies)... i just don't pretend to know everyone's values.
Is Perron not a top 6 winger if he comes to Ottawa (on a contending team) ?? Won't he end up scoring 25 goals again |

That PHI/PIT series a few years back was my favourite non-Canuck one ever. I love bad defensive hockey by both teams. |

Me too as long as its not my team. I love run and gun games and I love the fierce rivalry games. |

hmmm... what if Methot wasn't part of the deal. What if it was Patrick Weircioch (a 3rd pairing Dman right now that has 2nd pairing potential. PP quaterback. Or he stays 3rd pairing. Puck moving left hand shot --BIG body -- great first pass)
3rd pairing Dman (PP-QB) + 3 center + 3/4/reserve winger
just want to get a sense of his value right now....thought perron was slightly higher than that |

He is on pace for four goals.... and we got that Nagelvoort feller, whom is a goalie.
Perron could definitely be a top 6 on Ottawa. Really depends on his line mates tho. |

It would be Mika Zibanejad (center) or David Legwand (center) - DL isn't a 2nd line center anymore on a playoff team -- and Bobby Ryan (right wing) |

I like Wiercioch but I would want to shift Nikitins salary to you if that was the deal. He only has 1 more year at 4.5 |

Yah bud, what he said. Sloppiest game of the year for the nucks. And I havent seen much of the oil. But its got to be up there.
Entertainment wise. Its what Bettman and his minions want.
From a "We played a solid game" wise. Both teams were awful. |

I wouldn't say stretch. He's good offensively...just doesn't have that "finish" you know.... he moves the puck well. but dude, his defensive game is SOLID. I really don't know why I'm even talking about trading him. Probably bcuz I want Sens to do something... and Sens need more scoring. But again -- is Ebs a #1 rw on a contender? - AlfieisKing
Dude, you sound like the guy the sold me my car. And it's a sh1tty car. |

Yes Weircioch (and Greening) are guys that I could see really being low buys, high reward trade targets. I understand (with Nikitin) but Sens are 30th in spending right now.... with their budget, don't see $ coming back. ...Really want to see edm get their D in order. How is Klefbolm doing and where will fit in? 2nd pairing right side? Martin Marincin?.... (I'm watching a replay of the game right now) |

seriously though: Perron for Greening, Smith, Methot - AlfieisKing
It would work, but too many contracts coming to the Oil. Smith and Methot for Nikitin and Perron. |

Both Marincin and Klefbom are both most likely going to be 2nd pairing left side D. They are both fighting for the same job at some point in the future. |
