I'm making the distinction between the puck deflecting off a goalie from a kick, and Miller mishandling a loose puck that was kicked and sweeping it into his own net.

You might think so but ottawa has an excess of grit/bottom 6 players [defensively solid] and lack top 6 forwards [scorers]... something the oilers have in spades. If the D return is good, I'm pretty sure it'd fit both teams....but i dont get to follow the oilers really closely and aren't sure if their going to turn it around this year (like I predicted) or not. IMO- eakins has to go at some point AND they should think about trading their 1st (at the right time only)... what do oilers fan think? I'm here to get honest opinions...............oh i also think they need help in managment... like Mac T but what exactly has he done ??
