Almost as ugly as those jerseys.

I currently live in Alden, NY, so I know just how much snow fell in such little time, it was crazy. Family is wellstocked on food and water thankfully, but 2 days on a driving ban so far and the most exposure we have had was removing nearly 4 feet of snow down the long driveway (and on top of my car!) is giving us cabin fever!

Not all bad though, I am getting paid to stay at home with the family, read, and watch hockey!

Random thought I wanna toss in. I think Grabovski and Kulemin have been such underrated signings. They're not blowing away the stat sheets, but they're scoring when it MATTERS and they're defense has been stellar. They've been a pleasure to watch.

I dont think theyre underrated by most fans. I also dont think a lot of people realized how important that depth was up front? I honestly was nor focused on the back end but loved the signings. The defense was a more glaring need but they've been huge for us.

Grabovski and Kulemin know what they're doing when the puck goes the other way. Signing them wasn't about bringing in just offense. It helped in all three zones. I think we'll get rare universal Islanders-fan agreement about those two being key signings.

I knew grabovski was good but Kulemin has really surprised me. Guys like him are what win playoff games. Very very impressed with his game.

By our fans, I agree that most feel they are not underrated. But other teams fans laughed at us giving them both 4+ million. But the 2 dimensional game they both bring has been worth every penny. Between those 2, boychuk, and leddy, our transitional game has been improved exponentially. I love seeing these guys on the ice.
