Zadorov will no doubt have ups and downs but he has a totally different mentality than Myers. He likes to hit, is tough and most likely won't need as many sports psychologists.

Here's the thing, he's not in a place where he really should be a #1 though. Is his game better this year than it's been over the last few? Yes.

But he needs to do things on his own and make his partner better. Not the other way around. I think a large part of the success he's having this year is because of Gorges. It'll be interesting to see how long Gorges ends up out for and how Myers does during that time.

We go through this every year with Myers. He makes a bad play or has a bad game, and the same I told you so people talk like he does it every game. Then by years end he will probably be the clear cut #1 guy like he did last year and every other year outside his pathetic lockout season.

There is a very good reason he isn't in Vancouver or Detroit right now.....he's good

I thought he'd be in discussions for the Norris Trophy, annual all star, have more points than Tyson Strachan. Not be in daily discussions as to what we can get for him in a trade. Hear legit rumors claim teams not willing to offer prospects picked#20 for him, or #15. Hear scouts claim he is a #3 D now. Anyway, I guess if he is the #1 D (not in the D zone by the way) on the worst team in the NHL in quite a few years that's good too.

Strachan does have more points than your hero, Spector is eh, whatever, I see with my own eyes and have for years and Myers is no #2 right on a decent team now and that opinion came before falling over himself and trending on Twitter against the Blues. I will take scouts and Murray's word over your opinion.

He's playing 25 minutes a night and gets scored on less than any defensemen on this team. That's a fact. So for someone so horrific in his end he sure gets lucky then right?
