I was shocked too when I heard we were up 11-8 . Thinks they have it backwards.

Our D sucks, and Roy is implementing a system of Hybrid Man on Man coverage with wingers supporting down low (leaving the points open) No matter how he tries to change it, he just doesn't have the right tools to get away with it anymore

If you don't have D who can skate the puck or lack a clean break out pass, or any wingers especially in the Bottom 6 who capable of zone exits when supporting down low, you essential are just creating a system that is going to break down and cause an endless cycle of chip and chase.
