As long as he eats right and works out he'll get bigger and stronger. I don't know what the seasonal grind is like in the WHL but I know that the NHL season is long and rigorous and burns a poop ton of calories.

Kootenay was 4-13 B.R. (Before Reinhart). 2 games with him they're 2-0 and he has 3 points (2G, 1A).
