I know we've always ragged on refs, but this year has been something special so far. I've never seen ref jobs this bad on the year as a whole. finding new ways to surprise me, like the giving the goalies stick back to him. absolutely brutal thus far this year

I think it's one of the refs from the OSU Penn State football game.
