Depends what you're batch is. That's usually the format I follow for IPAs (only kind I've ever made). Some people go 4-2-2 |

Yes, you can use Oxyclean. Just be sure it's the free kind as you mentioned (no perfumes, dyes, etc). Use this to clean it and make sure you don't use anything that can scratch your equipment, as that can lead to bacteria growth.
Starsan is a good product to use to sanitize. |
