What makes that goal hurt though is that it's Tarasenko. The kid drafted 6 spots after Mcilrath.

Rangers even last year had a lot of bad 2nd periods. 1st & 3rd periods are usually their good ones.

I think Hayes is going to be a stud. His poise with the puck and creativity is great. Hard to knock off the puck when he has it and hustles every play. Eventually he'll start racking up the points.
