Officially finished The Wire.

I dunno what it is, but nothing grabbed me as good as that first season. Season 2 was a big downer, too disjointed, and the rest was OK, but Season 1 was the best.

There is a real good show on netflix called luther. Its idris elba, aka stringer bell. Its only like 13 episodes total, each season is 3 or 4 episodes. Funny hearing stringer bell with a british accent. The music in it is pretty cool too.

Went back on that HF board you directed me too and people are saying that the rumor is dead now. At least that's what I took out of it

Val was a minus 3 tn and Gonchar played so he's healthy. Who knows what is really holding up the trade if the rumor actually has any relevance in the first place

My gf said the same thing. I myself got halfway through season 4 before losing interest and that second season had such a great premise but I agree, it was a downer. I think after season 1 the best season is 3. And Omar is one of the best TV characters ever.

I don't recall him actually saying that exact quote. I know they publicly backed him but really what else were they supposed to do, throw him under the bus right before dealing him?

A deal of this magnitude usually gathers more steam from credible sources than just one guy of HFboards and eklund. Especially win a respected radio host/writer asks his sources and is adamant that it won't happen.


I'll buy into something like this when names like Mckenzie and Dreger are involved but until then it's really a nothing story.

I think I'm done with Tennessee... But I really don't want to move back to NY.
I need a new state, preferably with no state income tax, doesn't have crazy far left or far right political nightmares and warm.
