ARMIA as a SNIPER even though he would average 30 goals a season?!?

Where do you GET this stuff?!?

- CaptainRivet

That's been going on since yesterday.
There are a lot of Armia guys.
Even though he has never scored 20 in any season and a draft book said he was a slick sniper

People who aren't worried don't generally have to constantly reiterate they're not worried.

No matter how useless some players have been and no matter how inept Teddy may be(if u believe that not trying to pick a fight here) We're all thinking the same thing.

That this team will be very bad, but will it be bad enough for a 100% chance at the two big boys in this draft?

It's a long season and this team has played itself out of a great pick before, stands to reason that it could happen again.

If Loui Eriksson is available, I'd make a push to get him.

He IMO would make the Moulson/Ennis line.

He's a playmaker that plays the wing and could jump start Moulson.

They're interested in Stewart(supposedly). Start there and add pieces as needed to make it work.

Again just an IMO from a person without a big boy job.

I'm mean won we won 2 shootouts is there really anything to be worried about ?
we are going to break the Blue Jackets Most Times Shut Out in a Season.

12 goals in 12 games, 5 shutouts .. it's all good

I think he's one of the guys they make a play for on draft day.

Oh my.

You used the benchmark of 20 goals. Blatantly ignoring the fact that he has never had a season in which he played more than 54 games.

If you prorate his goals vs games to an 82 game season, he would have averaged 30 per year in the Finnish elite.

Is this the appropriate time to use emoticons?

On paper, absolutely not you're right. But stranger things have happened. It doesn't take much (in a draft year like this) to do enough to put yourself out of that position.

He's still young. I would make a push, but I wouldn't go all out.

He had the luxury of playing next to Richards for a few years when he had his best years.

IMO we need a winger that can score on his own, like Nash, Carter, Kane etc.

I slept all day and have to back read, but it looks like I missed some good arguing.

Maybe if you noticed where he played, you would know why he hasn't scored over 20. Armia is a sniper.

Edit: add in everything Broads said

May be out his control though. Not saying they're about to go on some 6 game winning streak but the shootout losses eventually add up.

The difference between Hanafin and Eichel for us could very well be a shootout goal scored in the 17th round....by Weber.
