I swear to goodness, this is a true story.

Waaaaay back in high school, a friend had a job as a bar runner at the local cougar bar.

His parents were away for the weekend, but he had to work until 9 or 10. So he told us to come by the bar, and he would give us his house keys so we could start drinking.

I had an Ontario Age of Majority Card (they were quite easy to get at the time, if you had access to a photocopier and an exacto knife) so I was sent in to get the keys.

I was probably 18, and I doubt I even looked that old. I'm waiting at the bar to talk to my friend, and some woman - probably in her 40s - comes up and asks me if she can buy me a drink.

I'm still in effing high school, so a free beer is like a gift from the gods. I accept, and proceed to chug it. She makes small talk with me, but I'm so stupid I am oblivious. She asks me to dance, but I decline.

My friend comes out with the keys, I chug the beer and thank her for it and leave.

I swear to goodness, it takes me about another 7-10 years to realize she wanted to screw me.
