That is the dumbest thing I ever heard and I'm a Red Wings fanatic. I hate Crosby as a Penguin, but he is a leader. Everyone that plays with or has played with him respects him and looks to him for that spark every game. Whining or not, Crosby is the heart and soul of Pittsburgh and he shows up every game.

Malkin is an other worldly player. I think he has as much offensive skills as Crosby.. well, almost. But, he's not the type of guy to lead the room, never has been. Russian or not, he has some bad, lazy tendencies.

I want a Vet for that price, not a kid who has only played on a poop team.

Get him the right d coach and he'd be pretty effective. I've been watching Myers a lot over the last two-three seasons and have seen a solid defensively minded skill set that needs to be tuned slightly to really stand out.

Yea however Ron Nowhereson didnt want Myers to carry the puck or take offensive chances. Which I hate to stay it Myers can carry the puck VERY well and he has an offensive punch to his game. You cannot treat Myers as a 6th defensemen.

we need to send draisatle down right now and bring up lander cause lander can play ozone dzone rzone and start anyzone but we need to shelter our young players like that poopty yakupov and maybe nuge cause hes young too can we send him down to whl maybe idk and then play lander on the top line and give them 35 minutes a night and dont let yakupov see the ice just let him sit on the bench

Yep and too many teams want the Sabres to undersell him which Murry is not doing which is good. I still think the Key piece to any deal is a good young forward who will be on the top 2 lines in the NHL. Might be some mid round draft pick thrown in too.

I believe what I've seen during games, listened to during interviews, read about in articles/interviews. Crosby is much more valuable to the Penguins than Malkin is in every aspect.
