Ok. Think of it this way. Your top six wingers are all solid players. Hall, Eberle, Yak, Perron. All skill based forwards who can score and aren't exactly pure grit. You can take out one of those four (outside of Hall) and he can be replaced. Finding a top 2 d-man isn't as easy, and I'd say getting Myers to solidify that defense is going to work a lot better in the long run than keeping Eberle.

If Myer's is only available for high pieces, then he isn't going to be moved. It's pretty simple. So don't come in here with your crazy expectations that the Oilers will feed you whatever, just because they require a top pairing dman.

I don't really see how Yandle makes our defense better defensively. I'd take him, but I wouldn't expect drastic improvements. Myers and Buff are intersting, but at the same time are those teams ready to make a move like that?
