It was just almost 5-0.
Thank god for the TV timeout.
Fire this chump. please.
We're going nowhere with him. Said it over the summer. Said it when they signed Boyhchuk & Leddy. This coach does not take us to the dance. - jmo16
almost everyone here has demanded cappy be fired since last october. |

It's pretty (frank)ing bad when the only thing that truly unites us all is our want to see Capuano fired. This is like the 3rd year, too. All of us. It's a joke. Professional organization refuses to use their head and eyes. It's laughable. |

why in the world do you spend all that money signing all these players, trade for boychuk and leddy and refuse to get rid of the weakest link this organization has?
theyve played loose and careless hockey in every game this season and it just so happens that it's finally caught up to them, when several of us saw this coming.
I'm just sick of watching this crap. |

Snows got to see what we do. I mean, it's beyond obvious. What's the breaking point here? When does he say, "I'm not giving up on the season with this guy." |

Not for nothing but that play on Grabovski was just as dangerous as Kulemin's hit the other night. |

I only hope Ledecky is paying attention or reading this blog. He seems like a real fan of the team and among the few things he said (at what was probably the lamest official press conference to announce a half-billion dollar sports franchise sale) when asked what his hopes were for the team, he replied "A Fifth Ring" which I thought was perfect.
Vlarmov, for what it's worth is playing a hell of a game. |

Cappy has photos of Garth in a three-way with Sparky and Nyle the mascots.

Here comes the swoon.
JFC, 2 weak goals in a minute and Cappy doesn't pull Johnson or call a timeout?
Unbelievable. |

Martin should challenge Roy to come off the bench & chuck knuckles with him.
And someone give the team a fireplace for their hearth |

I hope it's tonight but I'd bet good money it won't be. This team we're playing has 2 wins in 10 games. Let that sink in. |

I'd settle for a period where the Isles just picked up their defensive assignments. It seems like there is often confusion about this. |

I would think if they were to fire Crappy, it wouldn't be until the road trip is over. But, being Islanders World, I highly doubt he's getting fired. Period. |

Besides all the other OBVIOUS reason that should get him fired, this team just never seems to "get up" to play the so-called inferior teams. Never. That has to fall on the coach, too. |

I agree with you. They will have to lose a lot more for it to even be considered. Unless there is a miracle they will be 6-4. At 6-10 they may start thinking about it. Keep in mind they lost 10 in a row last year and all we heard was crickets. |
