It's almost impossible to see this team winning anything big with this coach. He seems to have learned nothing since he has been coaching. He forgot how they made the playoffs with the forwards and D both playing solid D.

We played real well the last 7 or so minutes so hopefully we can carry some momentum into the 2nd.

Johnson looked like he couldn't stay erect, not the sign of a well conditioned athlete. Capuano looks clueless sucking on that water bottle. Martin doesn't look like he belongs in an NHL game. I expected a fast skating game but looks like COL is copying WIN.


3rd goal and Johnson does not cover the post! Basic goaltending a kid learns!

If you slow the Islanders down you can force them into mistakes and expose the inexperience and poor coaching.
