Anyone who thinks there were 17,000 fans at last nights game is nuts. There were maybe 4,000 people there. That place was empty.

It was a great game to watch though.

So another one of our big defensemen showed up out of shape huh? I thought it was only players with big contracts that did that

Play a handful of games before becoming a healthy scratch, burn 2 years off of his ELC and have his career horribly mismanaged?

My 100 level 11th row isle seats were 10 bucks each on stubhub. 300's were going for $3. It was a great game. I don't get why more people weren't there.

I agree certain players here have been mismanaged, but in the sabres defense they are handcuffed by the khl on this one.

I mostly stayed home so that I could spend some time with my pup. Probably should have gone to the game because my roommates dog decided he was going to be a jerk and attacked mine. Had him by the collar and wouldn't let go. He was practically strangling mine. I couldn't get him to let go. I was trying to unclip the collar when the plastic finally snapped freeing him. Now my poor dog is traumatized. Had I gone to the game, it wouldn't have happened.

That sucks. There really isn't much you can do about stuff like that because dogs need to manage their own situations. Its sort of like prison, you have to stand your ground. Otheriwse you're someone biatch for life.

My poor dog was screaming. I think part of the issue is that her dog was stuck to the collar. In the end, I was the one bleeding. Just a small cut on my finger, but I'm not sure if it's from the amount of teeth that were involved or if it got hit by the sharp part of the collar when it broke.

The part that makes me nervous about it is that her dog has kind of been a ticking time bomb. He got aggressive with a lady walking down the street back in July, then pinned our neighbor up against his house in a threatening manner about 2 weeks later. Then in August, he snapped at her Uncle that was at our house putting a door in the back of the house for us. There's no rhyme or reason as to why he decides to be aggressive so I'm afraid he's going to actually do some sort of damage to mine. They both weigh the same, but her's is more muscular than mine because he's a pit mix.

I'm sure my dog instigated the whole thing. He usually does. But he just wants to play. They wrestle all the time.

Wrestling is normal. Snapping on people and strangers is a very very bad sign. Monitor that situation closely. Your roommate may be in for some deep poop having a dog like that.

Yeah. I know. Her dad has already told her a few times she should just get rid of him. She has taken him to a training class and is trying to socialize him more in a controlled environment. He's actually on anti-anxiety medication now as well.
