I wonder if there is any chance we could get Brady Skjei signed and on the team early April once his college season is over like we got Kreider a few years ago.

Hopefully, but I also think it is a lot tougher to throw a young defensemen into a stretch drive/playoffs than it is with a forward, so I am not sure how useful he would be this year.

To be fair I only watched the 3rd period of that game so I dont know how he played exactly. He did have some terrible turnovers in preseason too.

Yeah, I dont know why, but he seems to want to throw the puck up the middle instead of the boards. The fact he did it twice in a row even after the 1st major turnover tells me he isn't going to learn to use the boards. I guess we will see. I always hope for the best anyway.
