Back into the frying pan on Monday. Amazing how a win over the worst team in hockey, coming off of a west coast visit to death valley can energize the fanboy base. It will be back to normal, when the Blue Jackets outwork us and pour in 6 goals, then the Hawks give us a combing and probably shut us out. Yawn......the mission continues.....10th place in the draft order, no playoffs.....wash.....rinse......repeat, wash......rinse......

The Leafs could win the Cup and UG would be admonishing everyone for being happy because they would have won earlier if only they had tanked and rebuilt properly. Some Leaf fans could probably use a break from hockey, maybe paint some water colours and practice tai chi in the countryside for a while. I get it, cheering for a team that never wins is frustrating.
