Dominant is dominant so it shouldn't feel completely empty. Bbt at the same time it shouldn't feel too full either. Ray Ferraro was on the radio yesterday and he said that Toronto's problem is that they have too many guys who only want to work when it's convenient. Against Buffalo it's easy to work. There's no resistance and there's no pain involved. But the issue with Toronto is, can they work when it's tough? When you have to work for every inch, not like you do against Buffalo.

Nice stretch for the Leafs before the next Buffalo game. This should be interesting. Varying mix of opponents.

Colin for goodness sakes it was the Amerks , that Buffalo sent out there barely any real NHL' ers , there is no silver lining Colin, the Leafs are a bad team have been for the last decade or so and really, being a person who is supposed to know a little about hockey, do you think that will change with the players they have now , they have no heart and no pride to wear that jersey or they would be trying to win games instead of giving excuses and being fat and out of shape ...

Nolan said this a couple of weeks ago that the Sabres looked like a PeeWee team, so the Leafs dominated a peewee team. The Leafs didn't look dominant in taking advantage of the scoring chances and even though he was way more active, Kadri still has a glaring weakness in the faceoff circle. The Leaf D looked like they could get trapped in their own end and the puck play except for a couple of the Leaf lines still looked suspect to me, but hey I'll take the 2 points, thankyou.

This is not a shot, but I don't see Toronto as world beaters.

Last night the Sabres made the Leafs look like the best team in the league. They do this regularly.

They have been shut out in 4 of the last 6 games. The last 18 periods of hockey they have 3 goals.

I want McEichel as bad as the next guy, but 10 effing shots.

But of course our radio guy Jeremy White says "What did you want?"

Thanks for the newsflash.

And here I was all ready to pay someone to save my spot on the parade route for the next 7 months.

Maybe the NHL should be investigating the Sabres...no way a NHL team can play that poor. IMO
- Garnie

If you think the players on the ice are actively trying to lose you're an idiot.

It's called sucking(with some laziness thrown in) and happens when a team decides to rebuild through literally selling off almost all talent.

Least leaf fans forget, from the 80's through the 90's those teams were sometimes managing only 20 wins through an 80 game season.....just a little bit higher winning rate than this current Sabres team.

Complicated. Bozie wins every shootout so Leafs have to lose in regulation overtime.

Calm down there big guy. I was commenting on the game last night. The Sabres are historically bad. It was more of a shot at my own team then yours, but if you want to have that complex more power to ya.
