I agree. It's hard for me to fathom, with the natural talent that he is and the opportunity he truly has to become such a dominant player in this game if he only worked at it a bit harder. It's like a "That's good enough" mentality.

I don't think using the face as a judging point is that affective, some people just have different face structures.

Kessel needs another star to take the pressure. Theres A LOT of duos in the league that have this luxury. (Zetterberg,Datsyuk, Kane,Toews, Getzlaf.Perry, etc). Who does Kessel have. Bozak. great duo
