I'm with you. It doesn't help when Montreal (although always in the playoffs) Toronto, Washington (sans OV) Detroit, Minny, etc. are trying to win the Cup as well but have enough integrity to not just throw games. |

Why not have the whole draft order determined by a lottery? Give the non playoff teams a better shot at landing earlier picks but still have it so other teams have a chance of picking anywhere. If done properly it'd kill tanking while still helping out teams that need talent the most. |
