I don't hate Dion. I think he's a good d-man.....what I said was I think Dion is this teams Rudy Gay. I think it will be better off going with a d-man by committee. And I also think that one of the others will step up as the Leafs DeMar.

I don't see the similarities between rudy gay and phaneuf at all. Rudy is a me first one way player who puts up points and not much else. His stats are good on paper but he isn't the guy you build a team around, like tracy mccgrady.
