Habs haven't won in Calgary in at least 11 years. NHL.com 'Schedule' only goes back to 2003-04 and Habs haven't won in Calgary since that time. Anyone know the last time the Habs actually won in Cowtown? |

yeah for sure... problem is, if he comes in, it will be at Tinordi's expense.
i do like the idea of bringing Sekac back in for Bourque. - DoubleDown
It's probably what would happen yes, and in a way it would be too bad.
Tinordi has played very well after a rough preseason and I see no reason to remove him from the lineup. He has looked better than Weaver on numerous occasions in the last few games.
Why not try to two young guys together? In a best case scenario, both would play as regular on the team with a guy like Weaver being the 7th guy no? They should at least give a chance to that scenario.
I'd rather see Bournival in the lineup than Bourque or Sekac. |

I'd try and mix them with MArkov and Gilbert.
Sit Weaver for a game. |

I understand your point of always having a veteran on each pairing....
But I don't consider Gilbert being more reliable than the young guys.... at all. |

too early for the kidos to hold up a duo together, not like Therrien's style at all. I'd say alternate Tinordi/Beaulieu depending on what the team needs (Size, shut down VS puck moving, PP).
Or sit Gilbert... He's got a funny looking face, put him in the press box and get him a haircut while he's watching the game and learning Russian to speak with Markov. |

I'm quite sure Gilbert and Tinordi would be a decent pair.
Same for Tinordi and Markov and Bealieu and Gilbert.

Yeah, both lefties.
Both rookies would have to spend some time on the right side if they take Weavers place.
