One will be an UFA, the other a RFA. History has shown the RFA are generally less expensive. In case its a win win. The RFA is the better player.

Smith needs playing time to blossom so I would pay him at Center as much as possible while still subbing him in on 4th line wing when Versteeg and Morin need to be held out.

Those are pretty good. But i still like the chemistry between kane, shaw, and saad. They will dominate with more time together. I like the idea of spreading out sharp on a different line of toews. I would like to see sharp and richards

Because the Hawks have lost one, I repeat ONE, in a row and are only on a pace for a measly 123 point season. One game losing streaks cannot be tolerated. Obviously, it's time to break up the team and rebuild.
