Q gave Roszival 15 minutes (including some PK time) and TvR 13 minutes at Nashville - more in the Philadelphia blowout - at least a small measure of trust - which the bottom pairing didn't have with Rundblad.
And he played them together for the two games - leaving the top-4 pairings intact.
Only two games - maybe Rosvival collapses against St. Louis - but.... - StLBravesFan
That sounds good , ya I missed the Flyers game also . Shift work having trouble remembering what day it is today ..Rossy was great in 13 , if we could get some of that , and mentor TVR a bit , that would be a huge bonus |

Trade Bickell for draft picks. He's useless and cost too much

Elbows said calm down, I'll say there is always room for improvement. For the 'Hawks, that's the first 82 games. It's the next 20 or so games after that which really count. - blackhawk24

CBA doesn't care about building teams. - StLBravesFan
One will be an UFA, the other a RFA. History has shown the RFA are generally less expensive. In case its a win win. The RFA is the better player. |

If you're right it's a good thing he only has a 1 year deal. (at least I think he does) - 6628
It is a one year deal. |

Blackhawks to face a Blues team at an early season crossroads, after getting slapped by the Canucks, then their coach.
http://prohockeytalk.nbcs...s-this-is-a-wake-up-call/ - scottak
We are going to get every team's best game throughout the season because the Hawks are the measuring stick for the rest of the league as well as the Kings.
In regard to the article - Has Hitch have already worn out his shelf life in St. Louis? Could it be a topsy turvey division this season with St. Louis and Colorado towards the bottom and the Preds, Minni, and Dallas towards the top...? Stay tuned.
One would think the Blues will be ready to go tonight against us. Hopefully Richards gets going tonight. |

Or - all six (including Chicago) bunched within 5 points of each other - and a deserving team misses the tournament. |

Saad Toews Hossa
Sharp Shaw Kane
Bickell Richards Carcillo
Versteeg/Smith Kruger/Smith Morin/Smith
You're welcome Chicago. But you need a right wing. I have Carcillo there because his role is most easily adapted to an off-wing and the guy, no matter what anybody says, is a smart hockey player positionally, he just loses his head sometimes and other times he gets unfairly penalized.
Richards won't hurt the team at #3.
Shaw won't help the team at #3.
So you go with a #1 line, and a #3A and #3B. Shaw isn't a true #2 center, but you've never had a true #2 center anyway, and Kane makes enough passes to be the Center when in the O zone already. As long as Shaw can both front the net and get back for D...
Smith needs playing time to blossom so I would pay him at Center as much as possible while still subbing him in on 4th line wing when Versteeg and Morin need to be held out. |

Not bad and thanks. Though truth be told, you should be thanking Chicago for taking Jack Skille four spots before the Kings grabbed Kopitar. |

First, why does everyone need to decide between Smith and Shaw, and second, why now?

Those are pretty good. But i still like the chemistry between kane, shaw, and saad. They will dominate with more time together. I like the idea of spreading out sharp on a different line of toews. I would like to see sharp and richards |

John, good article again. Versteeg may have had best game (still can't finish). Let's see if can trade now-take anything-Qneed to play 4 lines-going to be long season-agree early but Richards looks like another Stan bust (versteeg, o'ddonnel,etc.)-really could use size-Mashinter update ? |

Because the Hawks have lost one, I repeat ONE, in a row and are only on a pace for a measly 123 point season. One game losing streaks cannot be tolerated. Obviously, it's time to break up the team and rebuild. |

No question St.Lou with the depth this division has across the board. Arguably the toughest division in pro sports. |

Rinne may have a bit to do with Steeger not finishing.
But how bout this who had a better game the other night Richards or Ribeiro?
Still hoping Richards settles in and finds a groove here. |
