Just Gostisbehere. Alt had a nameplate at Voorhees, which the press figured meant he was the guy

Got it.

On a different note, did anyone see the sunset tonight?

I think now would be the best time to demote one of 76 (most likely) and 41, while in the process ofggetting Laughton and Gostisbehere in tomorrow. A new look, a new mix and you add two players who are playing well right now.

They won't recall Laughton with Vinny almost healthy.

Buccigross tweeted Flyers are talking to a veteran UFA. Not much out there that interests me , off top of my head. Maybe Morris or Coliacovo

Can't believe there are people complaining about Ghost coming up... Now I've been out of it the last week with codeine every four hours, but I watched them play a pretty great game (minus the first few minutes) the other night. If they put out that kind of effort with Ghost in the lineup, what the heck is there to be upset about?

Even if they don't... he's a big boy. It's time to stop playing this game that exposure to the NHL is going to destroy him forever.

I'm pretty damn critical of the way this team is managed, but this something to be pleased about, not displeased.

This is great...if ghost struggles then they can send him right back down once some bodies get healthy, no harm done. If not we get Xmas early!!

Either of those guys would be fine for a month or so. Gives them some extra options later in the season too.

Send him back to the AHL. He's not at risk of being injured there.

Because a 6ft 7in kid didn't somehow just take a puck up in the lofty altitude of this jaw by staying down in junior.

This is exciting

Not sure if it is exciting like when you see a car crash or when you get a new shiny toy. Maybe both

I'm sure your right. I impatiently feel Laughton should have been the first call up after Lecavalier's injury.

I'm expecting a few teams to have no clue what to do at first when they see a D man carry the puck out of our zone with ease.

I agree with this but at the same time I can see why they want him logging as many minutes as he can now.

Hard to say.

If they do bring in a vet that vet may very well be the best option. If it's between Schenn and Grossman I'd probably say Grossmann.
