Viz looked fantastic... he plays so rarely I forget how solid he plays.

I thought the same thing till the 3rd period. He was awful during their 10 minute 5 on 5 power play.

We all know that Conacher isn't getting moved down in the lines or off the team. The Islanders NEVER accept when a player isn't good enough to be playing every game. He'll be on the team the whole season even when Grabner comes back.

I really think Conacher and Grabner have similar games (they rely totally on speed) but Grabner is much more physical, stronger and faster. I don't see Conacher having a place on this team and I sure as hell hope that Lee stays on the team the rest of the season.

Bailey was having his best game of the year... breaks hand. That first goal was his best shift in NHL. I kind of feel bad for the guy until I realize he is making about 3.2+ mill more than me a year. Then I don't really feel that bad.

When Clutterbuck allowed Lucic to score that first goal I thought I had jinxed him... glad he got the game winner. I thought He played pretty well..

Conacher has become Reasoner to me... Please get him off my Team.

deHaan and Viz looked awesome. I thought Hickey played well too. Strait was having his best game until he stunk in 3rd period.

Our best goaltended games this year have been Chad Johnson's.. not one soft goal.

Conacher must go! 1 point in 7 games does not a first line player do, and keep his place in the lineup.

I think Conacher stays the whole year only bc of not really having depth beyond Bailey or Grabner if both get injured, like now. Since Lee is up and finally Colin is waived, Conacher is a replacement for top 9 over the likes of Colin, Boulton, Clutterbuck. If u get my point.

In Bridgeport there's really no one ready or has NHL experience at F to which if another injury happens to another top 9 F.

I think the next players to be waived are likes of Carkner, Strait before Conacher only bc we have 2-4 kids on D that can come up if needed.

I think so also, and Cal moves up. That's why I think Conacher stays, we seem to have injuries at the wrong times..

This team is going to be good once Hamonic, Grabo, Grabner and Bailey come back from Injuries.

Its amazing how some of you just feel the need to complain about something. The 4th line deserved every minute they got last night. They were probably the best line last night. Lets ignore the goal and how well they played and just complain about the 1 or 2 shifts out of the 18 they took where they got stuck in their own zone. You know because that doesn't happen to the other 3 lines You would think they they were 2-5 instead of 5-2
