If we're going to make a big trade it should be for a legit #1 dman, we can always grab someone like Brodziak as a stop gap centre for cheap that will get the job done if Draisaitl is sent back to junior although from what I have seen on twitter, etc...people close to the organization have all but let it slip that he's staying.

He had a bad year last year mostly due to injury so I don't think he really lost the top goalie status.

I will agree with the first part, not sure about the second.

I really wish they would get rid of the stupid AHL age rule restriction. IMO I don't think it benefits Drai one bit going back to the WHL. He needs to be playing against men, not a bunch of kids in the WHL.
