Maybe it's a long shot but OEL comes to mind or an even longer shot... Pietrangelo although it would take a lot more than just Ebs and I doubt it would be worth what it would take for the Blues to move him.

I think you can keep onto Ebs and look at trying to pry Larsson out of NJ for Top 4 potential Bogo out of Winnipeg (although he is always hurt), it would be unreal if you were able to get Faulk out of Carolina in an Ebs deal.

That Neal for Hornqvist/Spaling trade REALLY solidified their top six and fourth line. Hornqvist is killing it all 200 feet of the game while Neal was more just offense only. Spaling is a great agitator/faceoff/PK guy. Its putting the hurt on our team.

That was a good hockey trade for both teams. Pred's have more guys who can do what Horngvist did for them in the pipeline. They dont have a Neal in the system.

Hes a good good young dman. He plays good in both ends. But he isnt going anywhere. Moving him puts Carolina back so far.

I would do that no problem, I wouldn't be surprised to see OEL leave Arizona, the team seems to have a rough time with attendance if I'm not mistaken and bringing in scorers tends to help with that more than a dman.

And I understand where you're coming from. Would you trade Ovechkin for Weber (to basically add on 5 years to OEL/Hall) though? Its about the same type of comparison just with players who are in their primes.

I would rather keep Ebs tbh but bringing in someone like OEL would do wonders for this team.
