There has been a big number of americans going over seas to support ISIS. or even trying to support from here. Their was a chick detained in Colorado airport trying to fly to turkey to meet with a guy she wanted to be with. Her parents called the authorities.

Id imagine just general havoc. If he had a target he probably wouldnt have fired shots in other areas first. Granted it was only one person.
